- Cash payment (at check-in), or credit card payment (processed via Stripe). Available methods vary by property.
- Timing of payment
- For cash payment, at check-in. For credit card payment, the full accommodation fee is charged at the time the reservation is confirmed.
- Timing of service provision
- The property becomes available for use from the booked check-in date, once the reservation is confirmed.
- Returns, exchanges, and cancellations
If you cancel for your own reasons, the accommodation fee will be refunded as follows:
- Up to 7 days before check-in: full refund of the accommodation fee
- 6–2 days before check-in: 70% refund of the accommodation fee
- 1 day before check-in: 50% refund of the accommodation fee
- On the day of check-in, or a no-show: no refund
If you booked by credit card, the actual payment processing fee charged by Stripe at the time of payment will be deducted from the refund amount above, since this fee is paid to the payment processor even in the case of cancellation and is not returned to the Company.
